Domaine Rewa

Located in the Central Otago subregion of Lowburn/Pisa, Domaine Rewa is a small family owned vineyard of 5.5 hectares. The current owner is Philippa Fourbet, who bought the vineyard sight unseen in 2010 while she was living in London and working in banking. Upon purchasing the vineyard, Philippa chose to rename the property in honour of her Granny.  From 2010 until the family arrived in New Zealand in 2018, Philippa administered the vineyard from overseas.

Philippa has converted the vineyard to organics and is certified through BioGro. Having grown up on a holistically farmed farm, the use of a biodynamic framework was a perfect way to manage her vineyard.

Domaine Rewa currently grows 3 varietals: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Riesling. Local winemaker Pete Bartle has been producing the wines for Domaine Rewa since 2010. Currently Domaine Rewa produces approximately 20,000 bottles per vintage.
