Gibbston Valley Wines is one of Central Otago’s founding wineries, whose main focus is on handcrafting premium wines, and honouring traditions that have made them renowned across the globe since their first vintage in 1987. Gibbston Valley has helped to create the region's first footprint in the world of winemaking. 

Cooler in climate and late to ripen, Gibbston is home to their original Home Block vineyard planted by Alan Brady in 1983 which has recently been certified organic, and their Glenlee vineyard. Both sites produce high quality and complex fruit which is used in their single vineyard wines. Gibbston is known for it's Pinot Noir as well as Chardonnay and Pinot Gris. 

Each one of their four ranges showcase distinct Central Otago varietals from Gibbston and Bendigo vineyards. Attracting strong and consistent critical acclaim, they are handcrafted using classical techniques. As a result their wines are complex, pure, and true to region and type. They flourish with food and produce dazzling results when cellared.
