From farming Angora goats, Alan Peters-Oswald is now the winemaker for Nanny Goat Vineyards. The Supernanny 2015 is made with selected parcels of the best fruit, wild fermented and 15 months maturation in French oak. The palate exhausts plums & cherries on the entry, joined by suggestions of spice with a herbaceous finish. Fine tannins and juicy acidity combine to give a long clean finish. A true and worthy example of a Bannockburn Pinot Noir.
