About this Wine

Named for the head of Te Motu?s founding family, Terry Dunleavy, Kokoro means ?the patriarch? in Maori and ?the heart of things? in Japanese. A Merlot dominant blend with Cabernet Sauvignon, Franc, Malbec and Syrah. Blueberry, plum & cedar on the nose. Black cherry, plums and white pepper on the palate with well structured tannins on the finish and a nice balance of acidity and fruit. Can be drunk now or cellared for many years.
