Legal Age Requirements:

To purchase wine from winenz.com you must be 18 years or older and the recipient of the wine must comply with the legal drinking age requirements in their country. It is illegal for us to supply wine to anyone under the age of 18 and it is illegal for you to buy wine if you are under the age of 18. It is also illegal to make a false declaration of age in order to purchase wine. If you are under the age of 18 DO NOT use this website to purchase wine. Anyone purchasing or receiving wine from this website warrants that they are aged 18 years or over. Any breach of this warranty that results in action against us shall be fully indemnified by the purchaser.

Currency:

All order payments are processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$). Our website can show wine and shipping costs in a range of currencies if you chose that option. Exchange rates are updated regularly however there will be minor fluctuations in exchange rates between the time you submit your order and when your credit card payment is processed. There can also be minor differences due to the actual exchange rate used by your Credit Card provider.

Return and Refund Policy:

Once your wine order has been processed through the website and been shipped outside of New Zealand we can not change it or exchange it for other products. Therefore if you have ordered wine and change your mind you cannot expect to cancel or return it and receive a refund.

If any of your wine order arrives with damage please take photos at the time of delivery and contact us within 24 hours of delivery, either via email at orders@winenz.com or by phone on +64 3 409 2226, bearing in mind the New Zealand timezone.  We may require damaged or faulty bottles to be returned to us or our shipping agent. We will arrange a refund for damaged bottles that can not be replaced, or arrange for replacement bottles to be delivered to you.
