Bristol Farm is the culmination of wine enthusiast and property lawyer Wayne Condon's 30-year obsession with Pinot Noir. Despite having a successful 10-year operation for his wines in Victoria, Australia, Wayne never forgot his Kiwi roots. Wayne longed to produce a New Zealand wine. His first choice was Central Otago because it is an area of his homeland he had always admired for its beauty, alpine ruggedness, its people, and most of all, its Pinot Noir.

 

In 2013 he approached winemaker Brendan Seal, with a simple yet ambitious project. To produce one outstanding single vineyard Central Otago Pinot Noir each year. No other restrictions. One wine. One region. Total commitment.
