Rippon were one of the founding vineyards established in Central Otago and they have gone on to produce some of the best wines made in the region. Rippon produce organic & biodynamically wines, with all grapes grown in their vineyard overlooking Lake Wanaka.
40% of this wine was fermented in old French barrels. Mouthfeel is gained through extended lees contact unhurried wild ferments. Stunning!
